We will also be happy to answer any of your questions at any point of the process.

In your receipt email, there is a link to our aftercare. You can also find it here!

We recommend waiting at least one to two months, depending on how well your tattoo is healing. Tanning can fade your tattoo very quickly. Once the tattoo is completely healed, we suggest using a high SPF sunblock when out in the sun to keep your tattoos looking as good as possible for as long as possible.

We recommend waiting at least a month after a new tattoo before you get back in the pool or hit the beach. Chemicals, bacteria, and sand could all be a threat to your new tattoo. If you can’t avoid the water, we suggest using a waterproof patch to cover your new tattoo.

We do use a variety of vegan products in our studio (including ink). Most major pigment manufacturers are already vegan. However, each of our artists uses different products to tattoo with so you’ll want to make sure you discuss this with them before your appointment.

All of our artists have their own preferences regarding whether they accept clients under the age of eighteen. Typically, we prefer to wait until our clients are at least 16 years old before tattooing them. Minors are still growing and tattoos can distort over time as the skin stretches from growth. This is just one of the many reasons we prefer to wait. However, we do occasionally make exceptions to this. We prefer to schedule an in-person consultation first to discuss the details of tattoos for minors. To get in touch with us, fill out this form and a member of our booking team will reach out to you and answer all of your questions!

Yes, scabbing is a natural part of the healing process and it’s best to let the scabs fall off on their own, so don’t pick or scratch and you’ll be just fine!

We do NOT use UV reactive or blacklight ink. Through our research, we have not been able to find a pigment based ‘ink’ that will effectively heal and stay in the skin. Due to the unknown nature of the ingredient(s) used to create the  “glow in the dark” or neon effects,  we will not risk our clients’ health to unproven guesswork.  While the FDA has approved UV reactive ink for use in fishing and agricultural industries, they have NOT deemed it safe for internal use for humans. There are no reliable studies done on the long-term safety of using these inks.

Our artists will tattoo diabetic clients. We always recommend speaking with your doctors about the risks associated. If you are in control of your sugar levels, then there is less risk of this being an issue. You’ll definitely want to discuss your condition with your tattoo artist beforehand.  It may also be a good idea to bring a snack with you in case you start to feel lightheaded. After you speak with your doctor, you can use the following form to get in touch with our booking team. If you have any other questions about getting tattooed, feel free to contact our booking team by filling out this form!
