Yes! We do tattoo and pierce minors!

We pierce and tattoo minors; however, each artist has their own policy and age restrictions.

Required Identification

For the Parent
  1. If the last names differ on the ID’s, Legal custody AND/OR Divorce documentation must be provided. If a guardian has legal custody a the minor, there is paperwork that exists and it must be shown at the time of service. 
  2. Second form of identification
    1. Driver’s License 
    2. State ID
    3. Passport
  3. Go to www.bmv.ohio.gov/dl-id-card.aspx to find out how to get a State ID for the minor. 
For the Minor
  1. A parent or legal guardian must be present. 
  2. Second form of identification. 
    1. Driver’s License
    2. State ID
    3. School ID (with photo)
    4. Recreational pass (with photo)
    5. Passport
  3. All underage client’s must also present a birth certificate.
