Gabs

Hi! My name is Gabs (some people call me Gabi) and I use she/they pronouns. I was born and raised in Columbus and I was a client of Evolved’s for over 5 years. After receiving my first piercings at 15, I fell in love. I immediately knew that body modification would become a big part of my life. I especially loved coming with my mom to get pierced on my birthday each year and eventually came to realize that someday, I wanted to be involved in this industry. After graduating high school I chose to pursue my passion for self-expression by enrolling in cosmetology school, where I am now currently studying. Whether it’s hair, makeup, piercings, tattoos, or something else, I love sharing my knowledge and/or skills with others and guiding them along their self expression journey as best as I can. I always strive to create a safe, welcoming and informative environment no matter where I go, and I am proud to now be doing so at Evolved.

When I’m not behind the counter or the chair, you can find me living the most peaceful, quiet, punk-rock life ever. I enjoy spending time with my friends and found family, exploring nature, doing arts and crafts (especially crocheting), playing Minecraft, buying crystals and incense, listening to my music, making the same 5 meals over and over, and leash training my beloved kittens with my partner. If I’m not doing any of those things, I’m probably sleeping.
